I did some research online.
Seems there is a lot of confusion as to EXACTLY what the medical symbol stands for.
I just use the symbol as a TALKING point. It's a good way to open a conversation.
For example, have you ever seen the medical symbol. It has a snake on it. Do you know there is a story in the Bible about a plague, a snake, a pole, etc. May I tell it to you?
If you used this symbol as a TALKING point, you'd definitely want to use the symbol with ONE snake.
The Moses event happened before the Greek event.
Unfortunately, even in Moses' day, people started to worship the Bronze Snake instead of God. (2 Kings 18:4)
Again, I would just use it as a TALKING point, to start a conversation.
Especially since there is a lot of confusion online as to the origin of the symbol.
